The Sundance Film Festival is coming to Colorado, and this is your chance to be part of one of the world's premier celebrations of independent film! This is an informational online meetup to learn what it's takes to become a Sundance volunteer and the exciting roles available during the Festival's inaugural Boulder event in 2027. Volunteers help welcome guests, assist filmmakers, support theater operations, and create the unforgettable experience Sundance is known for around the world.
Whether you're a lifelong movie lover or simply looking for a fun way to give back, volunteering is a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes, meet fellow film enthusiasts, and experience the energy of an internationally renowned festival. Sundance relies on thousands of dedicated volunteers each year, and applications include a variety of roles and schedules to fit different interests and availability.
