Changing Landscapes: Inside Venice, Mesa Verde, and Rapa Nui at Denver Museum of Nature & Science
August 24th • Denver, CO
Colorado’s native plants have received a lot more attention in recent years, and for good reason! Join us virtually to learn how native landscapes typically offer great water savings compared to traditional landscapes.
Native plants are more resilient in the face of climate change and have reduced maintenance and inputs. They regenerate area biodiversity, provide optimal food for wildlife, and much needed habitat. Our prairie plants are a major source of carbon sequestration and play a role in cleaning local water and air supplies.
