Start your Saturday with fresh air, great company, and the cheerful sounds of nature on an easy, relaxing, morning walk along the beautiful High Line Canal at Quincy Farm in Cherry Hills. Led by an experienced birding guide, you'll stroll shaded trails in search of colorful songbirds, hawks, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, and other local wildlife while learning fun facts about the birds that call Colorado home.
One of the highlights of the walk is a visit to the newly restored wildlife pond, a peaceful oasis that attracts a variety of birds and other native wildlife. Whether you're an experienced birder or simply curious about the feathered friends you've always wondered about, this is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, sharpen your observation skills, and enjoy the beauty of nature, smack down in the heart of the metro area! All ages welcome, so bring the grandkids!

Getting There: You can park along Quincy Street on the shoulder of the road if spots are available, or at Kent Denver School. Follow the signs to Quincy Farm. Walk north (left) on the High Line Canal, approximately 400 yards to Quincy Farm.
