One on One is an 8-piece musical ensemble created and formed by Ron Ivory, lead vocalist, and keyboardist as a springboard of The MilesApart Band the R&B group and rhythm section for his One on One (Motown/Classic Soul) group conceptionalized in the summer of 2003. One on One epitomizes the soul of Motown, Classic Soul, and more with their own original compositions in a dynamic fashion at every performance.
