It was very nice, BUT…it stated that you didn’t need to bring anything when in fact, you needed a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster/yoga block in order to lie down on the floor and be comfortable.
Singing Bowls at the Denver Botanic Gardens
Wednesday, September 30th · 5:30pm
Treat yourself to a peaceful sound bath where singing bowls, gongs, and calming melodies create a deeply relaxing experience. Garden admission is included.
Relax and recharge with a soothing sound meditation led by intuitive artist Ann Martin. Using singing bowls, quartz crystal bowls, gongs, Native American flute, and Shaman drum, this immersive experience blends music, meditation, visualization, and symbolism to promote peace, balance, and personal insight. September's The Inner Pilgrimage features a reclined sound journey designed to help you connect with your inner wisdom and what is quietly calling you forward. The experience concludes with the powerful vibrations of a 36-inch OM Gong, and admission to the Denver Botanic Gardens for the day is included.
- Recommended: Great options we suggest for you to attend on your own.
