If you enjoy intimate rooms and serious live jazz, this night at Nocturne Jazz & Supper Club is an easy yes. The Bobby Wiens Quartet will move between original compositions and fresh approaches to familiar standards, covering plenty of musical ground.
Each set is shaped by the group’s onstage chemistry — listening closely, trading ideas, and leaning into rhythm to create genuinely swinging moments. Drummer Bobby Wiens has more than 16 years of professional experience performing, touring, recording, and teaching. His first album as a bandleader, "Talking Drums," is on the Cellar Live record label, and he’s a sought-after sideman for world-class artists at home and abroad.
