Tuesday, October 20th at 10 am – 11:30 am
Our partners at Aging at 5280 recommend this virtual workshop.
Caregiving is not meant to be a solo act - yet most people struggle to ask for and accept help for fear of burdening others. But overtime, trying to "go it alone" can hurt your well-being and thus the well-being of the person being cared for.
This Zoom workshop will explore the benefits of accepting help and discover that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. You will learn how to create your own circle of support in order to create a more sustainable care-giving model that benefits everyone.
