NOAA/National Weather Service meteorologist Paul Schlatter will explore the science behind winter storm and downslope wind forecasting, provide an overview of the National Weather Service's mission, local operations, and ways to get weather and climate information, and finally discuss how this year's strong El Niño may influence weather conditions across Colorado.
