Could you be the ambassador for brain health & memory workshops?
An ambassador is the friendly face at the door: there a quarter of an hour early, greeting people by name where they can, making sure nobody stands on their own. It's low-key, and ambassadors get perks along the way, including a discount on Plus membership.

Health can feel different in this next chapter — more questions, more options, and sometimes more noise. Health Education & Wellness with 2nd Summit is about slowing that down and focusing on what’s clear, practical, and genuinely useful.
We curate conversations, workshops, and seminars led by thoughtful practitioners — from brain health to sleep, hormones, and everyday nutrition. No guilt, no pressure to overhaul your life overnight, just space to learn, ask questions, and decide what fits you.
You’ll find sessions designed for curious adults who want to stay informed and intentional — not overwhelmed — about their well-being.
Interactive sessions on keeping your mind sharp, great for anyone curious about memory and everyday brain habits.
Browse talks and demos that blend conventional and complementary wellness ideas, ideal for curious, hands-on learners.
Accessible conversations on eating well for long-term health, suited to people rethinking daily habits and food choices.
Guided discussions on root-cause approaches to health, for those who like to understand the "why" behind symptoms.
Honest, practical sessions on hormones and life transitions, welcoming anyone navigating or curious about these changes.
Workshops on stress, mood, and resilience, built for people seeking concrete tools for everyday emotional well-being.
Seminars on sleep routines, rest, and recovery, perfect for anyone whose nights no longer feel as restful as they’d like.
Health information has never been more available — or more confusing. In this chapter of life, you may have new questions about energy, focus, hormones, or long-term habits.
Thoughtful health education gives you space to hear from qualified voices, compare perspectives, and ask honest questions. It’s less about chasing trends and more about understanding what feels grounded and right for you.
When roles and routines shift, it’s easy to drift into autopilot with your health. Learning about topics like brain function, sleep, and nutrition keeps you actively involved in your own story.
Exploring these ideas in a group setting makes it easier to connect the dots between information and daily life — turning abstract advice into realistic, bite-sized changes if and when you choose.
Questions about memory, hormones, stress, or recovery can feel personal — and sometimes isolating. A well-framed workshop or talk reminds you that you’re not the only one wondering about these things.
In 2nd Summit settings, the focus is on respect and curiosity. You can listen quietly, join the discussion, or compare notes afterward with others who are navigating similar terrain.
Wellness isn’t an end in itself; it’s what makes space for the trips, projects, and relationships you care about. Understanding your body and mind right now helps you plan for what you want to take on next.
When you have clearer insight into sleep, stress, hormones, or nutrition, it’s easier to pace yourself — and to say yes to the experiences that matter most to you.
Have an idea of your own?
Something you love that you'd like to share with people — a walk you know, a table you'd set, a thing you'd teach. Tell us and we'll talk it through.
Yes. 2nd Summit health and wellness sessions are designed for regular people, not experts or enthusiasts with elaborate routines. You can expect plain language, room for questions, and no pressure to adopt any particular lifestyle — just practical information you can take or leave.
Most Health Education & Wellness offerings are talks, discussions, or light interactive workshops, not workouts. You don’t need any particular fitness level or prior knowledge. If an activity includes movement or a more active component, we’ll describe it clearly so you can decide if it fits your comfort level.
2nd Summit focuses on education and thoughtful conversation, not high-pressure selling. Speakers may share their professional perspective or mention services they offer, but the emphasis is on learning, not signing up for something. You’re always free to simply listen, take notes, and leave it at that.
Absolutely. Many people arrive solo and appreciate that health topics can feel easier to explore without managing someone else’s expectations. Our hosts and guides help create a welcoming environment, so it’s natural to chat with others if you’d like — or to keep a low profile and just absorb the content.
A notebook or notes app can be helpful if you like to capture key ideas or questions. Comfortable clothing is usually fine, and for any event with movement, we’ll note if specific footwear or layers make sense. Water and a light snack are always a good idea, especially for longer sessions.
We partner with local practitioners, venues, and organizations across Denver Metro to host small, well-structured gatherings. Each event listing will share the exact location, timing, topic focus, and any registration details. You choose what fits your interests, and we handle the logistics and hosting on site.
